About Theodora Ntoka

I am a Test Developer and Research Fellow at ACER UK, as well as a speaker and panelist, working across inclusive assessment, accessibility, mathematics, and evidence-led education reform.

I am also a mathematician and performer with The Fourth Choir. My work brings together assessment design, inclusivity, and practical questions about how education systems can better serve learners.

I am based in the UK, and I speak English, Greek, and French.

Work at ACER

At ACER UK, I work on assessment and research with a particular focus on inclusive assessment, educational measurement, accessibility, and mathematics.

I care about making evidence useful, making assessment fairer, and grounding reform in how learners actually experience education.
